Housing

The wide variety of housing options is getting even bigger, with more than 3,000 new homes being built in the next two years!

Alexandria Place

Located on the site of the old North Twin Drive-In in Jennings, this development will consists of about 200 houses and town houses and will include shops. The average price is $175,000. Taylor-Morley Homes is the developer chosen for this development.

River Roads Development

Plans are in the works to redevelop the old River Roads Shopping Center in the City of Jennings into a mixed residential development. The site will feature about 200 single-family houses, a 94-unit apartment building offering independant living for seniors and about 12 acres of shops, restaurants, offices and a day care center. Pyramid Construction is the developer.

Jost Farm

The Jost Farm subdivision, located just north of Florissant, off Halls Ferry Road and Vaille, will feature villas and single-family houses with prices ranging from $160,000 to $400,000. McBride & Sons Homes is developing this property.

Robbins Mill Estates and Robbins Mill Commons

These two developments, located near Halls Ferry Road and N. Highway 67, will feature 50 single-family houses and 40 villas. Prices will range from $125,000 $165,000. McBride is developing this property.
