NCI Chair, Patty Gould, U.S. Bank Vice-President and District Manager Sandy Weber and NCI President/CEO Rebecca Zoll |
Exciting News! This year at our Annual Breakfast NCI’s Chairwoman, Patty Gould, and I accepted a $10,000 check from U.S. Bank’s Vice-President and District Manager Sandra Weber. This grant from the U.S. Bank Foundation will be used to develop an economic community profile for the North St. Louis County area.
“U.S. Bank has been involved with NCI since its inception and we are totally committed to the work they do. Serving as the voice for North County, NCI provides a connection to a network of the key leaders needed to build collaborative partnerships necessary to sustain and improve our residential and business environment,” said Sandy Weber.
U.S. Bank has been a long-time partner and supporter of the regional development work that North County Inc. does on behalf of the businesses and communities that we serve throughout North County. We thank them for their continued support of our economic development initiatives.

Also at the breakfast we launched NCI’s latest tool in marketing North County, ExploreNorthStLouisCounty.com, the most comprehensive online attractions resource for the North St. Louis County communities, featuring the extensive number of fun activities and options available, everything from live entertainment, festivals, more park land than anywhere else in the St. Louis area and plenty of both indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities.
NCI Board Chair Patty Gould, Director of the School-Business Partnership for Pattonville School District told the crowd that it is exciting to be able to go to one online resource and find all of the great things North County has to offer families and individuals looking for something to do in our community.
NCI is pleased to have one more way to promote the great assets available in North County. It is amazing all of the opportunities people have in our area to enjoy the outdoors, learn more about our history, and/or experience our many community celebrations and festivals. It is easy to do something close to home when you have so many great options. The next time you are looking for something to do? Visit www.ExploreNorthStLouisCounty.com. I realize how busy many of you have been these past few weeks with the devastating weather that hit many of our communities so hard. Although a lot has been accomplished with the clean-up and relief efforts from the tornados that ripped through our neighborhoods, doing so much damage, we still have a very long way to go. Thank you for stepping up and helping out so generously in this time of need. There is still so much to be done on this path to recovery and as we move forward, I strongly encourage each of you to please find some small way to help your neighbors, your community, and your local businesses over the next few months as they struggle to recover. Whether through prayer, financial donations, or donating time to the clean-up and relief efforts, you can make a difference so please help however you are able.
